Reduced Gluten Caramelized Strawberry & Banana Pancakes

YIELD - 4 servings of Pancakes (roughly 16-20 total pancakes)

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups Grain4Grain’s Pancake & Waffle Mix 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1 cup ultra-filtered fat free milk (regular milk or almond milk works great too!)

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (depending on taste) 

  • 1 Ripe Banana cut into slices 

  • 8 strawberries cut into slices 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat up your griddle to medium high heat

  2. Mix the Grain4Grain pancake & waffle mix with 1 cup milk and 1 cup water (2 cups water works well too), cinnamon, and vanilla extract

  3. Add more water if necessary

  4. Pour batter onto oiled, hot griddle in pancake sizes

  5. Flip pancakes once bubble start to appear

  6. Wait 1-2 minutes, serve, and enjoy!

Topping Directions:

  1. In hot saucepan add 4 tablespoons of water add banana and strawberries add 1 teaspoon of Organic Sugar. Mix together; cover with lid, stirring occasionally. Your fruit should be done in about 5 to 7 minutes. 

  2. Top pancakes with your topping and dust lightly with Organic Powdered Sugar 

  3. Enjoy!
