This week we decided to hang like a local with the help of Freetail Brewing Company and Grain4Grain. Our tour though Freetail’s state of the art facility was a treat for our taste buds as we tested their selection of craft beers! We met with Grain4Grain and learned how they use the spent grain from Freetail to produce low carb, high protein flour and pancake mix! Grian4Grain not only provides healthy and hearty food alternatives, they also give back by donating one pound of flour for every pound sold.
